Cork Wood Yoga Blocks with Premium Designs, 2 Pack

These are beautiful and extremely sturdy. I gave it five stars for being lightweight, but they aren't exactly light; however that's precisely why I wanted them. I needed something a little heavier than the blocks I had been using for many years. Great price, great quality, and something I would buy again if I wanted a second set.

These blocks are much sturdier than the ones made of foam and rubber so they offer greater stability when used during poses that require balance assistance such as in Warrier III when you need that little guidance into your forward motion or in triangle pose. They are also excellent to sit on when meditating or even watching TV to align and take the pressure of your legs from your spine. Even my rugged outdoorsman of a husband swears by them. These blocks are sturdy and have better “grip” than the foam blocks I was previously using. The main drawbacks are they are heavy and rigid. That doesn’t bother me but some people may want more lightweight blocks that have a little more “give” to them.... I noticed some comments about them “crumbling” but have not seen that with mine. All in all great blocks for the price.

I love these unique blocks! The design is so fun & they suit my purpose. I love cork blocks because of the weight. These make me feel very safe and supported. They are firm & do not slide on my rubber mat. I will probably buy two other softer blocks made of foam for my restorative practice. These are really helping me with my forearm stands and vinyasa float-throughs. The company is also a small business with good customer service. I hope this helped!
