Assembly instructions need improvement
Even though the AC glue held the tracks in place. While installing the screws, one could hear the glue popping loose, resulting in just enough movement of the tracks to make it impossible to slide the sled. Tried this 3 times before realizing the pre-drilled screwholes needed to be large enough for the screw to drop in before cutting into the sled base. Gave up and made my own glides out of Oak.Got as far as Figure 9. Almost ruined my sled, using your instructions. You assume the saw blade is centered between the tracks. My Ridgit Table Saw's mitre tracks are not equal distance from the Blade. So I had to find a work around to solve the problem. I finally got it done. But after all that frustration, I just didn't feel like undoing everything and starting over with a different kit. So I have decided to keep your kit, but I feel some compensation is in order. Not expecting anything, though.

Solid track and stop.
Overall the tool seems to be well built. I wish the plastic track runners had come with predrilled holes and screws but they did not. Once I had them temporarily glued to the sled (3/4 birch plywood), I predrilled holes and counter sunk for the screw head. The issue I ran into was that the screw pressed the plastic outwards ever so slightly that it created grab spots in the tracks. I may not have had that problem if I used slightly smaller screws. I do not fault the product for this - it is only a comment after what I ran into. After some aggressive sanding, I was able to get it back to a smooth slide.

acrylic guard broke, packing is a bit poor
I got this a while back, while parts are in good quality the packaging is enough to protect the acrylic guard. it broken in half.
