Read the reviews - the plastic ring continually breaks - then try getting a replacement under this 'warranty'. It is impossible to get hold of anyone from customer service, and if you are lucky enough to do so, it will take a couple of months to get the very cheap plastic part during which time you have no use of the machine. The alternative is to spend another £20 every few months buying it yourself to avoid the stress. Do yourself a favour and walk away now! **Q: My kmix glass mixing bowl threaded ring was broken. is it possible to get a new one?** A: Mine broke too, you can buy one off Amazon, that's what i did, they cost about £13 but i also told kenwood about it and they sent me a replacement **Q: It has the union flag on it. is it made in the uk or is this basically a lie?** A: A clever marketing ploy. Designed and engineered in the UK. But actually made in China **Q: Does the machine move around when kneading dough?** A: Yes it does. You could not leave it to mix as I found not only did it move, but you will also need to stop the machine to help mix the dough as it does not collect all the ingredients. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kenwood KMX754ABK Stand Mixer for Baking, Stylish Kitchen Mixer with K-beater, Dough Hook and Whisk, 5L Glass Bowl, Removable Splash Guard, 1000 W, Black - Kenwood KAX950ME Food Mincer Attachment, Silver - Kenwood MAX980ME Pasta Food Processor Accessories, 18/8 Stainless Steel, Silver --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48355627-kenwood-kmx754bk-stand-mixer-5l-capacity-1000w-motor-black](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48355627-kenwood-kmx754bk-stand-mixer-5l-capacity-1000w-motor-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
