Very cool mug. Looks amazing and is hand painted. Arrived in perfect condition. Great for any beauty and the beast fan and would make a great gift. Although, due to its movie accurate shape, you would need to take care when washing or handling it. Very happy with my purchase.

It was really cute and the person I got it for loved it, although when it came it had slight cracks in it, they weren't sharp but it looked like it had chipped up the top coat of whatever had been put on, overall was my friend was happy with it.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter She absolutely loved it!! Mrs Potts made everyone 😆 She has pride of place in her kitchen and visitors love her

It’s an amazing gift also got one for myself. Giftable despatched it earlier than expected and it’s amazing quality! It’s easy to clean and a decent sized mug. It’s so good I’m not sure I want to use it, I may display it in my Disney cabinet.

My sister and I had taken our kids to Disney on Ice, Beauty and the Beast, and I bought a plastic version of Chip the tea cup. Sadly, being plastic, it tended to stain when I would have a cup of tea with it. This cup is porcelain and will hold up beautifully to strong cups of tea for years to come. There was even a suggestion when I bought it for a Mrs Potts infuser, so I had to have that as well. Now, every time I pour a cup of tea, I can remember that magical day when the children were so young and full of wonder.
