Horrible smell
Effects of usage unknown yet, but capsules stink a lot and urine becomes extremely green

Taken for a month and still no effect. These taste like paint as well. Waste of time. If you honestly want a product just go to holland and barratt for some high stength biotin

My boyfriend purchased these and he says they make him feel very ill after taking them, he took two this morning with a glass of water and told me he felt really sick and actually threw up all over the living room carpet , on the bright side he says his beard has grown better but is it actually safe and worth the side affects ?
