36 Pack Zipper Replacement Zipper Repair Kit, Silver

Great replacement pack, delivery was the same day which kept a little one very happy after the zipper broke on much loved Teddy ruck sack. Having spare metal ends helped the process too. One zip repair out of this pack is worth the cost rather than getting it fixed by a seamstress which would have been the next option if the whole zip needed replacing as sewing for me is a no go at that level.

All the pieces mentioned in the description wasn’t in the package. Missing Number 7 size.

Yes these are cheap and you get a lot of them, however they are cheap for a reason, they are as weak as if made from tin foil, you can literally bend them with your fingers. They did the job but really aren’t going to last long so it’s a very short term fix.

Liked the tin. Actually worked quite easily for what I wanted to do although lining up both sides of the broken zip properly took more than one attempt. Using a mounted magnifying glass with light helped (not included!)

I replaced a 5 B zipper on my coat with the 5 B that comes in the package, it took so much effort to put it in, and it's stiff as hell, and I can't attach it to the other side of the coat. Misleading sizes.

No instructions...can't use !Have since been contacted by Mudder, and they very kindly supplied me with a clear set of instructions, which are great, and I have successfully repaired a zip on a favourite jacket. Very helpful, friendly and courteous customer help, thank you Mudder.

The bad:+30 pieces is misleading - it includes all the tiny pieces / terminations.The quality of the metal is poor, mixed alloy and very brittle.No tools included.No instructions included.The Good:Seller accepts returnsPrice was reasonableComments: I would think this would only be suitable for a low to medium weight cardigan or jacket. I would expect failure on anything substantial like a sports bag or suitcase repair. You also need to be able to access one end of the zip to thread it onto the zip. You cannot place the foot of the zip beneath the bottom of the teeth and snap a top half of a zip onto it like other repair kits - beware ! All in all unless you want it for a lightweight repair I wouldn’t bother.

I got this kit to fix a problem with a new jacket. I couldn't really take it back as the shop had disappeared from the high street and now only has an online presence. The original slider was very wobbly and the zip would undo after I tried to close it. It would then be murder to get the slider back to where I could take the jacket off. One of the sliders from this kit fitted better and is so far working ok.

Kit indispensabile da tenere in casa.Mi ha risolto il problema di una cerniera rotta e che sarebbe stato molto complicato sostituire. All'interno dello scatolino troviamo diverse misure in metallo.

Pas toujours facile à installer car c'est en métal assez résistant jusqu'à présent. J'ai déjà réparé 2 fermetures éclair de ma veste.
