Didn't work for me
Although this item may be suitable for others. My skin broke out terribly after only using for a few days. Maybe a smaller dose would be more suitable but they had to be thrown away so it was a waste. Definitely research biotin thoroughly before use.

Wow! I had low expectations for this product
Wow! I had low expectations for this product, however it really has worked. My hair is so growing so fast, it is really thick and i have even noticed my nails are stronger too. Amazing value for money with it being a years supply too. Great Quality product.

Seems to have improved my nails, they feel a lot stronger! Very pleased so far. I hadn't realised it was a years supply when I bought them, that was a good surprise.Fingers crossed they help my baldy napper!
