This is an awesome product that I wish I would have added to my routine sooner -- after ALL of my workouts I suck this down and it tastes so good but even better, I notice the difference. I feel hydrated, refreshed and I don't have that overly tired feeling. Worth the money, the sticks are great to just throw into a blender bottle into your gym bag and none of that spilling mess! Great with some ice cold water. It does taste a little salty in the beginning but you quickly get used to it and actually desire the salty taste! Smells good, tastes good and superb ingredients!

Excellent hydration boost with great flavor!
WaterBoy’s Lemon Lime Workout Hydration mix has quickly become one of my go to supplements for training days. The flavor is refreshing, clean, and not overly sweet, which is perfect during intense workouts when heavy or sugary drinks can feel too much. I love that it has 0g sugar, yet still tastes great. What stands out the most is how well it helps with hydration and recovery. I genuinely feel a difference, especially on days when I’m sweating a lot (pickleball, gym sessions, running, etc.). The electrolyte blend is strong, and the added Vitamin C and B-12 are a nice bonus. It mixes easily in water, no clumps, and the individual sticks make it super convenient to throw in a gym bag. If you’re looking for a solid hydration drink without sugar or artificial weirdness, this is a great choice. Highly recommend the Lemon Lime flavor

Salty
I've mainly used liquid IV. Decided to try this with more electrolytes. The lemon lime flavor is decent not bad but not delicious. These packets are waaaaaaay more saltier but I feel really good while melting ij the sun after consumption pretty happy with these over the other brand. Minus the super salty taste.

I love this product! I’ve use liquid IV in the past along with other brands. This takes the cake! It is hydrating, tastes great and is affordable! During the summer months I put this on my husband’s water bottle and it’s saves his life!!! Highly recommend this one!
