How do u use this as a protein treatment? Like how long do u leave it on for? Do u detangle with it? And then after do you deep condition ??

Thanks for your inquiries. Apply to wet hair , comb through for even distribution. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave for 15-20mins as a cold treatment or apply a microwaveable heat cap for 15mins of hair steaming. Rinse out your hair afterwards and enjoy the results.

Can you use this once a week?

Thanks for your inquiry. This is a deep conditioning treatment for damaged hair. I would advocate that you use it once every two weeks until you start seeing improvement in your hair elasticity and strength. Then proceed to once per month. You do not want to protein overload your hair either- so you need that balance.

Heard this was a protein treatment ? I have 4c naturally high porosity hair and its in need of protein rn

Its more of a deep conditioning treatment. I have type 4 high porosity as well and use this as a deep conditioner weekly. I would recommend Aphogee 2 step protein treatment if you are need of intense protein...just be sure to follow those instructions to the T
