I blend mine in the bullet because I don’t like when it stays gritty if you just shake it. It has a slight after taste due to the whey, but overall it is pleasant to drink. It’s not cheap, but I would rather pay more for clean ingredients than drink fake sweeteners and other stuff the other brands use. I recommend it. I like the vanilla and chocolate.
