ShaperMATE Posture Braces are a perfect solution to train your body for a healthier posture. These supports are most commonly used as posture aids but can also be used for treating clavicle injuries because of the way they hold your shoulders back and stabilize your collarbone. These multi-purpose supports are relatively inexpensive, especially when you consider how much money you’ll spend down the road if you don’t improve your posture and end up with chronic back and spine issues. If you are looking for a good posture support then look no further. When to Wear a Posture Brace: 1. Whenever you are sitting for long periods of time or working with your hands out in front of you, you are susceptible to poor posture behavior. At the Office – It is common to hunch over your desk when you are intently focused on something, such as writing a long email or crunching numbers. Or during a long meeting – We’ve all sat through long, pointless meetings that seem like they’ll never end. Wearing a posture brace will help keep you alert in case your boss calls on you with a question. 2. Reading – Whether you are reading a book, flipping through a magazine, or scrolling through your Facebook newsfeed it is easy to get engrossed in reading and forget to practice good posture. 3. Cooking – Whether you’re ordering in pizza or popping a frozen one in, this would be a great convenient time to get in some ‘brace time’. 4. Vacuuming or sweeping – Posture related upper back and neck pain can be aggravated when doing activities that require bending and/or working with your arms out in front of you. 5.Walking – It wouldn’t be recommended to run a full marathon in the brace, but going for a long walk on the beach would be fine.

Doesn't Fit So I'm Gonna Quit!!
Totally agree with the other review. No instructions, WAY too small for me. It was even too small for my wife who wears a medium in womens clothing. Very cheap and over priced.

There was no size listed on this, and it is not a one size fits most. When I received it, mine was labeled M. I would say this is probably a women's medium. It came with no instructions. I remembered the photos on this page, so after a while I was able to use the photos to figure out how to hook it up. However, being a larger size than women's medium, I am unable to use it. The brace itself seems to be somewhat cheaply made.
