Good for drilling PCBs
I bought this for drilling PCBs. The reviews for this looked better than for the Dremel equivalent and its cheaper. I've found it to be perfectly adequate for what I want. Its easy to put together. I followed the advice in another review and put some tape around the height guide to eliminate the slack and it is quite accurate enough for my purposes. I use HSS bits rather than carbide as they are much cheaper and less likely to snap. They last long enough for the small number of boards that I make.

Brilliant
This is an absolutely brilliant piece of kit. It is well made, easy to assemble and fits my none dremel. Excellent value for the money.

Very little back lash & generally good money value.
Item number26001 the pinion rack. Has a bubble finish as though the Crome plating was put on a dirty item.Part numbers 22&23 (collet nuts) it would be helpful for tightening if they had small holes for mini tommy bars to prevent the whole drill body rotating under stress.

a sturdy aesthetic
a bit of WD40 to wake it up from it's warehouse slumber, a slight tightening of the cradle bolt and this press is absolutely terrific

Quality Mini Drill Stand. For Deremmel and similar Mini Drills.
There must not be a cheaper ( Low cost ) one of these drill stands ( Micro Drill ) either here on Amazon or any other on-line seller. It is mostly METAL and not like cheap and nasty plastic types. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also was delivered QUICKLY.

Milescraft drill stand
I settled on this for use as a drill stand with my Dremel after reading the reviews of both the Dremel and Milescraft stands on US Amazon. Comes in 3 pieces- if you can't work out the assembly, you should not be using sharp tools. Very solid, can be used without fixing to bench so long as the 3 rubber feet are not fitted. Careful adjustment of the 2 brass screws eliminates any play and small holes can be drilled precisely. Dremel mounts firmly in a substantial cast metal bracket. Cons? The finish, particularly of the table, is crude and the components arrive just loose in the box with no packing, although mine had suffered no damage. Using the depth stop will push the drill to one side slightly at the end of the travel. Note that the tool holder cannot be swiveled, the whole assembly has to be removed from the pillar and remounted at 90 degrees (not a problem if, like me, you only want a drill stand).
