Spent a week in the desert. Was pretty unbearable, temps well over 100. These towels were the only thing that got us through. They get icy cold really fast even when soaked with warm water in a low humidity environment.

In the hot weather this cooling towel and the 2 other sizes it comes in, , S. M AND THIS ONE THATs THE LArge,, Is just perfect. Soak it in cold water, snap it and instantly you are cooled of as you wear it around your neck or on your shoulders or any where else you might need it. It is mesh material and stays wet for quite awhile, nice purchase and great price

I bought the gray on 7/8/16 & the blue 8/8/18. I still have/use them to this day (8/14/22), every summer day, every year. I absolutely love these cooling towels. I bought them because I was in early menopause & sweating all the time, plus no ac in my car until 3yrs ago. The quality has changed from 2016 to 18' though. The gray is 6yrs old & still going strong, but the blue (used roughly a total of 30 days in 4yrs) began fraying after 1 summer. Also the blue color DOES run so I only use it with dark clothes or blue tie dye. They are very light, last for hours & don't dry stiff. I highly recommend these.

Very lightweight and stayed cool on my skin for a few hours and dried soft. I love it

I work 8 to 14 hour days outdoors with one of these on my neck. Unless it's a scorcher of a day, they dry pretty well, and absorb sweat as necessary and if you put cold water on any part, it will be cool for a little while. As long as the price stays fair, I will stay with this product.

So i rated it for working out, but what I really use it for is to wear during a hot flash! Helps tremendously.

Really does stay cool! World much better than the Chilly Pads I bought first. These ones don't turn into stiff cardboard when they dry. They are easy to wash and hang to dry. They fold down small into their own little carrying package. Love that it comes with a carabiner. We are going to use them to go to Disney World this fall and have been testing them out all summer. I have a son who is unable to sweat and he found them a lifesaver. They are a nice size and a few quick snaps has them cool right down again. They hold water well so they don't make you feel wet when you use them.

These towels definitely help in the heat but I think saying that they stay cool for 3 hours is a stretch. We use these a baseball games and they need refreshing every hour at least. I keep 2 of them in a bag of ice and water and switch them out when they start losing their cool.

This did exactly what I wanted it to - helped to keep my cool on a recent trip to the outback. And my husband even liked it. I would recommend this towel.

I bought this for my daughter and her husband who golf regularly and with the scorching temperatures we've had so far this summer it has worked very well at keeping them cool while on the course.! Would buy again.

When you snap the wet towel is does feel a bit cooler. I find that the cooling effect only lasts a few minutes, but you can snap it again to reactivate it. Not ideal, but more effective than a regular wet washcloth or towel.
