Quite expensive but they do work well and taste great too. No digestive/gut issues with them.

Open tube and first tablet damaged, otherwise nice flavour lemon
The lid was partly open on arrival, and the first tablet was partly missing, almost in half. I took them all out of the tube to inspect them. There was 20 tablets, including the damaged one. There was no broken bits from the damaged tablet in the tube. So must have come out of the tube as it was partially open. Flavour; I gave the half tablet a go. Maybe I shouldn’t have. Anyway flavour was nice, so will continue with this product for the price.

Liquids a go go.
Easy to carry, quick to dissolve and not that bad taste wise. There's no weird after taste and it does the job nicely. I also noticed that there's no increase in urine release. I use it as a night drink, or if I'm driving.

Helps to keep you hydrated
I use these daily and they have really helped with hydration especially for the gym. I use one tablet daily broken in half but you can use more. I like the lemon flavour. I get far less headaches now . Good value and easy to use

These are easy to use just pop them in your water and go. One tablet is plenty for a pint sized glass they are about the size of a 10p however they do taste a bit foul

The lemon ones don’t dissolve well. Berry is much better.
Great rehydration and electrolytes I had atrial fibrillation on and off, the cardiologist said to cut out caffeine and stay better hydrated, i have been having one of these every day in a pint of water, haven’t had any AF since!
