And OK easy to use digital camera
This camera is ok, it doesn't have a particularly good zoom which was disappointing. And getting images off the camera onto my laptop is more fussy than my previous digital camera, as you have to use a memory card. My previous digital camera would plug straight into my laptop and I miss that functionality. It is relatively easy to use, and the quality of the photographs are good enough.

Faulty product
The media could not be loaded. Amazon works with third parties but they didn't ensure the quality of the product. I left the battery charging for more than 7 hours and I once inserted in, it wasn't working. The present was supposed to be opened on Christmas day, and now we have to return it because it's faulty, and I have to buy a new one. What a waste of time!

Dud battery and faulty charger, plus the camera was filthy when unpacked
These cameras are supposed to be completely refurbished and "as new" despite being refurbished. Although well packaged, the camera with filty when unpacked. Dirty lense and the rear screen had god knows what stuck to it, maybe someone's lunch who didnt clean it properly. The most annoying thing was a flat/dud battery and a charger that doesn't even work. Offering them the chance to replace the charger and battery before I return and request a full refund
