I was a bit sceptical about buying something like this on here as I only usually buy little items. however, buying this BBQ was a great decision that we wont regret. This BBQ is fantastic. Needed some concentrating to put together but what big item doesn't.... pretty easy to clean as well... A little tip for first time gas bbq buyers, that we have found very handy... fill the Drip tray with Sand or soil so that after you have had a bbq, the fat/greese is easy to get rid of, just tip sand/soil into a bag and put into the bin. perfect! definatly recommend. Fast delivery too!

Tool ages to put together (there is still one misaligned holethat I can't get the screw in) and I have to buy a new regulator as the one supplied is so bad I can't actually attach it. Horribly disappointed with this product.

Delivery was slow seemed to sit at the depot for ages, packaged well, but what a pain to put together, now I am not an idiot used to putting lots of things up including Ikea stuff!. Instructions are generally ok but who in hell wrote the instructions for the side burner? tip for those buying, its a pita and needs thinking about.Overall it looks ok but use some kind of matting when building as it gets scratched easily.not used it yet but overall impressions are that it will last possibly one season if that, all metal parts are very thin and the cooking grill looks like it will burn up after a season.I really should have spent the extra £50 and got something better but time will tell.

This is probably the best gas bbq we ever had. It produces good heat, which is easy to control. However, be warned that some parts are not stainless steel and they may not last more than a year or so and it seems there is no warranty if you buy from BuyDirect4U through Amazon. We have taken good care with cleaning and maintenance but even so, we are now faced with corroded heat deflectors (see the attached photo) and cannot find parts to substitute them. The other brands are too short or too long and don't fit, and the manufacturer Charles Bentley says they don't sell parts. They have sent us the following reply:We're so sorry to hear about the issue with your item. Unfortunately as your item did not come with any warranty and you have had it for over one year, we will not be able to proceed further with this and unfortunately we do not have any spare parts that we could sell to you. I know that other reviewers have commented on the build quality and construction, so I was prepared. However, when bits don't fit and you spend some time trying to put them together it can be trying. The instruction manual is poor. It came with a gas regulator which I assume is for the Continent, as my gas dealer fell about laughing and said he hadn't seen one of them for many a year. More expense to buy a new regulator.Let's hope the BBQ in action will redeem itself.

Typical of someone who has never fitted the item the instructions leave a lot to be desired.Fit bottom tray as one would expect it to look - smooth side uppermost - not as the sketch (too many lines).Place the side trays in position - leave fixing until after offering up the oven section. If you don't you are in for a lot of grief.Otherwise a cracking machine that lights first time and cooks like a dream. Making self isolating feel like a real summer.

Load of rubbish, came with a scratch on the lid which had being touched up in the factory with a black pen,the wire grill inside keeps falling off, company refused to exchange or refund, will not buy from this company again

Haven't tried it yet but looks to be good quality
