I've tried a few magnesium supplements, and this is easily one of the best. I chose it because it uses 100% chelated TRAACS magnesium, which is known for being well absorbed and gentle on the stomach. I've had no digestive issues since taking it.I also like that it's vegan, non-GMO, and free from soya and gluten. The 240 tablet bottle offers great value and lasts around four months at the recommended dose.The only downside is that the tablets are quite large. I don't mind them, but if you struggle swallowing bigger tablets, these may not be the best choice.Overall, it's a high quality supplement from a trusted brand, and I'll definitely be buying it again. Highly recommended.

I was advised to use this exact product by a specialist in muscularskeletal disorders. I have continued use over 17 years and benefited from the treatment. As the tablets are quite large they can be difficult to swallow and it is easier if cut in half. Can cause constipation due to sheer bulk so advise drinking plenty of water while using them and/or fibrous fruit/foods. Recommended for FMS, CFS, ME etc

I have been taking these for a few years now and they really help with sleep and relaxing tense muscles, but also have enormously reduced the heartburn I was getting at night. I’ve noticed that when I take these consistently my resting heart rate is lower and my HRV is higher.

Ce complément alimentaire au magnésium m’a été recommandé par une amie américaine, et je l’adore ! Le prix est intéressant et les effets sont vraiment remarquables : moins de fatigue, plus d’énergie au quotidien, un sommeil de meilleure qualité et plus de douleurs articulaires comme avant. La bouteille est grande, ce qui permet d’avoir la dose pour une longue période, ce qui est très pratique. Le seul petit inconvénient : la gélule est un peu grande et pas très facile à avaler. Malgré cela, c’est devenu un indispensable pour moi, je ne peux plus m’en passer et je le recommande sans hésiter !

Supongo que me ayudará....llevo unos meses. No opino demasiado ya que la tomo por los huesos y supongo que hará su trabajo. Para el sueño, como estoy recién operado tomo otras pastillas que también provocan sueño así que no puedo opinar sobre esto.
