Stiff control
Overall the mixer valve and shower are extremely good value. I think I may have been a bit unlucky because the thermostatic control on the right is very stiff and can't be adjusted with wet hands. I imagine I could have complained and got a replacement but I've been too lazy to bother so far. Good item :)

If you add the cost of a plumber to fit/refit the shower you will do much better with a higher quality/solid shower that will last and ...
The plastic part that holds the shower's pole to the wall keeps snapping, making the shower unusable after 4-5 months ( I just installed my 2rd replacement within one year). The quality is below par and you get what you pay for.iBath are very helpful when contacting them, however, as the shower set is bought from Amazon they will direct you to Amazon's customer support to sort out a return/refund.If you add the cost of a plumber to fit/refit the shower you will do much better with a higher quality/solid shower that will last and be more cost effective in the long term.

good, but essentials not included.
feels nice and solid. a decent cheap shower mixer.massive drawback.... it was not provided with the fittings required to fit it to the pipes coming out of the wall. i had to buy them separately.these: Bristan WMNT10 C Chrome Plated Wall Mount Fixingsso add at least a tenner to the price of this shower. no idea why it doesnt come with them...

Brilliant!!
Bought this for my new bathroom and I love it...I've only used the hand held shower as of yet need to get a shower cap for the top one cos I get a blow dry at the hairdressers so can't comment on how powerful or not it is but I can tell u the hand held one is super..no problems with delivery and no problems installing...just make sure your order the brackets for it...defs recommend this seller...thanks

Great buy, but check your water pressure before purchase!
GREAT shower! Searched for weeks to find a simple shower like this, but with the waterfall style head plus a handheld head with long hose. A brilliant price for a fantastic product. Looks neat, modern & practical. One point to make: bear in mind water pressure when purchasing. Ours at 3 bar was too high for this product so we had to buy a pressure limiting valve at about £30-£40. The shower is recommended for up to 1 bar of pressure, but we limit ours to about 1.5-2 bar.

Luxury hotel shower experience every day!
Luxury hotel experience shower everyday! We love it. The temperature gets nice and hot, and as we already had a combi boiler the pressure is really good. Not too powerful so that you feel it's boring a hole in your back, and not too light so you don't get that all encompassing shower experience. Just right! The supplementary shower head is really handy too, mainly for washing the shower down of soap after the shower, but on those days you only need to wash your hair, it's long enough to do separately and not get soaked. Would definitely recommend to others.

You get what you pay for, this shower isn't half the price of a market leader for no reason!
I bought this shower to replace a Mira shower that I had just bought (at more than twice the price of this one) and fitted when my wife announced she wanted to move house so I do have a quality shower to do an honest comparison with and I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and this shower lives up to that. Having fitted the shower I turned the water on (Note: I have a pump fitted to my system to boost the pressure) to find a leak coming from the diverter connections, the diverter, for the less technically minded, being where you turn the shower from the main head to the hand held unit, and despite all my efforts to tighten the two nuts I couldn't stop the leak so I started thinking maybe I've forgotten to install a washer, the shower does come with spares, but no they were both there so then I took the diverter all the way off and to my astonishment I found two 10mm hex inserts inside with rubber seals that weren't even hand tight, one fell out when I touched it. This might not sound that bad but the average DIYer isn't going to have a 10mm allen key in his tool box, this is one big allen key but luckily I'm an engineer by trade and have an extensive range of tools at my disposal so be prepared for getting in your car and making a trip to the store to buy one. With the inserts all tightened up and the shower put back together I turned the water back on and no more leaks so now it was time to test the shower in real time so I fired it up and jumped in, the first thing I noticed was the pressure, it was nowhere near as powerful as my Mira and that is because the main tube going from the diverter to the main shower head must be twice the diameter or more of the Mira's so a lot of pressure is lost here, not good news if like me you've invested in a pump to enjoy a good powerful soak after a hard days work but on a positive note I am selling up so hopefully I won't have to suffer too long! If you don't have a pump you better hope your pressure is good or I don't think you'll get much more than a trickle when you turn it on. The only positive thing I have to say about this shower is that the height is adjustable, the top tube slides inside the lower tube which if it hadn't would have meant I would have had to alter the existing pipe work that I did for my Mira but then again if it was more powerful would the pressure have blown the two tubes apart, probably so no the only positive comment I have is its cheap which brings me back to "you get what you pay for" I have given it two stars only because it looks nice but time could well change that too!
