I bought this a couple of months ago - before they increased the price by £200. It has proved to be an expensive mistake.It does not perform to the promised specifications - expect maybe 30mph and way short of 38 mile range. But more than that the power indicator will not give you an accurate indication of how much you have left and whether it will get you home.But more worrying is that with less than 50 miles and 8 weeks intermittent use on bike paths it has started falling to pieces. Welded parts have just fallen off! When I asked for help (expecting QIEWA to take some responsibility for the poor standard of their product) they told me to "go find a welder" Not what I would call good after sales service.In the interests of balance, for the time it ran it was lovely to ride. Good pick up and braking. A bit heavy for carrying far but very portable. With good lights for night use. But overall I would have to warn anyone considering this outlay to stay away - the product build quality and after sales support is appalling.

It was great till somone nicked it. I agree with the other review in that power indicator is not accurate. It has reduced in price by 600 pounds in a year though
