Is this showe head supposed to rattle ? Mines just arrived ,unpacked it and realised it rattles. No contact seller option either Amazon !

I noticed mine rattled as soon as I took it out of the box this morning. So I looked on the box to see if there was any note about how to contact the manufacturer's Customer Service person with a question. I immediately saw the bold font heading "Important note: " and the clear text: "There are several small balls inside Shower head for water-pulse effect. This may ceate a rattling sound inside , but it is normal for the item."

Does this come with a new washer,or do you have to use the one provided

Hi, it does not come with a washer. I used the one in the connector on my shower hose.

Can the head be dismantled for proper cleaning? We have very hard water so I have to dismantle our current Triton one almost evey week.

To clean and descale any shower head without dismantling, stand it in a tallish container of vinegar for an hour or so, making sure the vinegar has completely filled the interior, then give the jets a scrub with an old tooth brush.

Will this shower headwork on bath shower tap? Thx

Not sure what is meant by bath shower tap, sorry. But, yes the shower head is attached to a hose which is attached to a bath mixer tap, which works well.
