Sticks well
Follow the instructions, and Evo Stick is great, a pretty firm joint when you put the items together. There's still enough give to slightly reposition. The only downside is the very strong odour when using it, but this fades and dissapear once dry

Does the job and super strong.

Pretty good but maybe not for foam
Purchased this as I was told it was good for foam, but had significant difficulty using it. Application was easy but it took upwards of 10 minutes to even get tacky and longer to stick anything properly.

A must have in the cupboard for a whole range of glueing jobs.
This is the second tin of this adhesive I have bought over the last year as it is so versatile, useful for a whole range of jobs. It is considerably more cost effective then buying a tube. Following the instructions on the tin results in a strong bond with many different materials. I have used it for bonding wood, textiles and plastic among others. When in a hurry and not looking for instant grab and load bearing which is produced when the glue has set, I have bonded the materials together immediately after spreading the glue on the two surfaces, pressing the two together, pulling them apart so that the glue is stringy and then making the bond. It has worked well.

Nice glue
This glue is REALLY STRONG!! (And versatile) It comes out the perfect thickness/ a bit too thin (? slightly sometimes) and it gives you lots of great glue for a small price! Sometimes it doesn’t work great because it dries up, so make sure to remove all excess glue so the cap doesn’t stick on.

It works but it's different from the old version
When I first opened the can I was wondering why it didn't look like the old Evo-Stik that I remember using, which was was coloured a bit like the Caramac chocolate bar and completely opaque. This version is more like a slightly buff coloured clear varnish and it is definitely a lot thinner/runnier than the old one too, so you will have to be careful applying it. I needn't have worried though, they might have changed the formula but it's still sticks things, and itself together like billy-o. But don't wait the 20 minutes that it advises on the tin. More on this later! I used it to stick a diorama made for a King Tiger tank which was built on ⅛" ply, onto a piece of of prepared MDF which I was using for the display base. As it really is quite runny I was really careful in applying it. In a way though, this is an improvement on the old stuff because I could actually put this on with a flat ended modelling paint brush and could control where the edge was, and that would have been impossible with the old Evo-Stik. I used the diorama as a template, and put a very thin pencil line around and the area where the bonding was to go, which is where this less viscous version was a lot easier to control during application. I couldn't use clamps or weights, so I needed something that would hold instantly. When I saw how different it was I also prepared two parts of the same materials as a test piece before trying it out on the real project. And it was here that I learnt a lesson. After waiting the 20 minutes as per instructions on the can, the glued surfaces were bone dry and would not stick, even a little, they just slid off each other. The room was cold with the shed door open for ventilation (December), something like 11⁰c, maybe this affected the curing time. I re-applied - and after waiting just 5 minutes and carefully placing the parts together - they stuck. Careful with the alignment though, as others have advised, because you won't move them once they are stuck! Also do please use in a place that is well ventilated, especially if you are doing close and precise application of this stuff like I was, otherwise you'll be back to the 70's shouting "hey man, I'm freakin' out.. with an imaginary Joe Walsh. It is serious stuff and requires serious safety measures - seriously!
