This is a very good product. But I am a bit disappointed about the second mode which was energy saving. I thought that mode is supposed to keep the tea warm, but it boiling all the time in a very low speed.

Disaster! Don't buy!!!!
This product was an absolute disaster. DON'T BUY!!! Signs of rust appeared on the bottom plate after about 5 months. I have emailed the seller and they say that it is scale and not rust. To clarify everything I have highlighted the rusts in red circles and the scales in blue. Clearly it has been very poor quality steel. Sadly they did nothing even apologise for the shortcomings. Totally unacceptable!

Received broken product
We received the kettle but the jug was broken as shown in the picture. We haven’t received an email to attached the pictures to so thought I’d add it to the review. We would like a refund please.
