Love, love, love this olive oil. Has a grassy taste and bit of a burn when you taste it.

Honestly this is the best olive oil on the market. Both bottles have different and distinct flavors, both very pleasant. While they are not light olive oils, I have used them both to sear steak in a 500 degree pan without any terrible off putting flavor. To be honest though they shine as either a salad dressing oil or a dipping oil for bread. In either application their flavor will pop and make whatever the target food is feel special. The price is high for olive oil but I feel it is worth it and I will be ordering again.

Ever since I tried this olive oil, I have absolutely lost my mind and can't stop eating this every day. This is pure olive oil, you can smell and taste it!!! Store bought olive oils have no smell or taste. This one does. And is reasonably priced. You'll go nuts drizzling it on your toast, and even crazier making your own fresh humus with plenty of this oil added. I subscribed for delivery. I will never go back to the box store olive oils ever again.

It’s the details that can make something as simple as dipping bread in oil a memorable experience. Incredibly flavorful smooth with notes of fruit. Awake is best for dipping or topping. Alive is more mild and I’ve used it over salad and for cooking. Just had the Awake combined with truffle balsamic vinegar and fresh grated Parmesan cheese as a bread dip incredible combination of flavors and the Awake olive oil shines through as balanced and flavorful wow Get some quality fresh bread and hang on we going to carb town and loving every single bite

After trying many different brands, this one seems the best.

The olive oil itself is great but one of the bottles had the label scratched, the other was leaking, and they were both really dusty. Unsure if I'll repurchase due to value at such a high cost.
