I'm 65 and they are stable under foot and work perfectly and a big bonus is they are more comfortable than my previous Bauers and CCM's from the old days. They are easy to lace up and provide good ankle support. Be sure to buy a pair of blade guards to go with them. So glad I made this purchase. Now I'm taking our grand kids ice skating, in TEXAS!!!
