I love these peppermint capsules . Quite often after eating I was bloated and windy.These have definitely helped and I feel as if my stomach is flatter . I'd definitely recommend & I would buy again 🙂

Brilliant I suffer silent reflux n have hiatus hernia they help it, although they do not get rid of it completely, it helps make the symptoms more manageable. Easy to take, no side effects, as yet and I'm allergic to alot of prescription medications. I would recommend.

I’ve taken peppermint capsules for over 2 years and by far these are the best ones. They are easy to swallow and they work fast. They have no after taste and are very effective in helping settle my tummy. Definitely recommend

I bought these as i had been suffering from a weird vomiting bug...that had cleared up but left my stomach in a mess for few days...bloating after eating, painful trapped wind and just a generally dysfunctional digestive system. These arrived very quickly through Prime...and are very easy to swallow...quite small. I took my first capsule and within 30 minutes I felt instant relief - less wind, less bloating and a generally calmer digestive system . Took 3 the first day and then dropped to 2 for a further 3 days and by then everything had calmed down. So for me, they were very effective. Very pleasant scent and yes you do get a peppermint taste when you belch but that's a positive!

I found these to be really effective when taken before meals. I had stomach discomfort and bloating for years but this has alleviated that. Good value for money better than any other anti bloating remedies I’ve tried. I’ve also started have 3 tsp of chia in hot water with honey lemon and salt in the morning and find that’s helping further.

Preis- Leistung passt, finde ich. Kann man sehr gut schlucken, weil sie klein und rund sind. Fals Mal eine Kapsel aufgeht (wenn man doch ein Heißgetränk drüber trinkt🤦🏻‍♀️) schmeckt es halt nach Pfefferminze 🤷🏻‍♀️ Mir haben sie ganz gut geholfen. Ich nehme sie wirklich bei Bedarf und höre mit der Einnahme auf, sobald die Beschwerden weg sind. Kann das Produkt empfehlen!

These are better than IBgard for me since I take twice as less for the same effect to be achieved. They allow me to save 4x the amount basically. It's normal to have peppermint burps. But i'd rather have that than spending time so much time on the bathroom dealing with IBS. For now, these have been amazing! Life changing. 1 before a meal, give it 25 mins and im good

Hilft mir sehr gut bei einem gereizten/schmerzenden Darm. Die Kapseln könnten sich etwas langsamer auflösen und kein Soyaöl enthalten. Die Dauer der Liefeung war sehr schnell, innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Absender aus Deutschland.

These little capsules pack a powerful punch! I have struggled with IBS for years and these are the only thing I have found that help settle my stomach during a flare up. I don't take them before each meal as recommended but instead take them whenever I am having symptoms and they settle my stomach really quickly. As other reviews have said you do sometimes get peppermint burps but in my opinion it's worth it.

The peppermint oil itself indeed helps relieves gastrointestinal pain associated with bloating and IBS, and also helps with nausea. I also like the absence of other fillers/ingredients. However, the pills lack an enteric coating, and so break down in the stomach (thereby worsening acid reflux) rather than the intestines as desired. They are also spherical, which is very annoying because they roll off the table too easily. So, not a very good design, but good enough for the price.
