This book is always open on my worktop!
This lady is genius! The Eat. Nourish. Glow. book really opened my eyes to eating and cooking foods differently. I realised that a lot of the foods I always thought were good for me were not that great after all, and I was keen to introduce her suggestions and ideas into my own diet. The problem was that the first book had limited recipes to try. I bought other recipe books and found some good recipes as well as a lot of recipes that just didn't inspire me so much, and eventually I sort of drifted, and started reverting to old bad habits. Not anymore! Cook. Nourish. Glow. has a lot of really tasty recipes as well as suggestions and tips for creating your own dishes using whatever you have in the fridge. My husband is a tough nut to crack when it comes to his food, but even he is enjoying our meals. I have already made a number of the recipes including the stuffed peppers with an egg on top (delicious beyond words - note: don't over fill pepper or egg runs out!), chicken and tarragon stew (yum, I couldn't get tarragon that day so used another herb and it was really yummy) and veggie chilli (so easy and quick for something so tasty). I have always been interested in food and healthy living but have found this book has given me the confidence to try some different things, using her ideas as a basis, but throwing in anything I have in the fridge. My food waste has reduced considerably. I do accept that some ingredients are perhaps new to a lot of people (as they were to me a year ago when I read Amelia's first book), but I have found them really easily in my local tesco store and once I tried them I felt happy to buy and cook with these ingredients again. I feel like I'm no longer bloated all the time, I don't feel like I'm 'enduring' a healthy eating lifestyle, my meals are not bland and sad as it sounds, I look forward to planning and preparing (and eating!) food. I really recommend this recipe book and think of all the current recipe books of this type, this is the one to beat. Happy cooking!

Excellent, refreshing
Excellent, refreshing, interesting, simple to use and follow, great pictures and I love all the tips and advice given for choosing alternative foods. Very informative and helpful. This way of eating has changed my life, I own a few of this type of book now and wouldn't be without them, lent them to friends who are all starting to feel much better as well. Its a whole new way of eating, but not something that can be achieved over night, but lots of reading, taking your time and making small changed to begin with by following this book will make you feel better within days. Its a gradual process but working from the book actually teaches you without being too overwhelming how you can introduce this kind of eating plan forever and not get bored or feel hungry. Ive never eaten so well, so clean and healthy and yet the ironic thing is this is how we all would of eaten 30/40 years ago before food started to become so messed with. Good, clean, healthy receipes easty to follow, all very enjoyable,

New start with Amelia after years of dieting misery
After years of unhealthy snacking and binge eating and numerous 'diets' I decided to take myself and my excess weight in hand on January 1st 2016. I have never looked back. Today is the 1st of March and I have lost 7 kilos. I feel great, totally motivated and inspired and Amelia's book was the starting point. I loved just reading the book in the first instance and then found it really easy to prepare the recipes which are simple, tasty and with easy to source ingredients.I have completely changed my eating habits, I no longer snack between meals, would not touch processed food and want to continue looking after myself with healthy tasty food. If like me you have had years of dieting unhappiness, do not hesitate and check out Amelia's book xx

A Beautiful Book
It's a very beautifully produced hardback book with nicely written introductions and explanations, gorgeous photos that make you want to get cracking on every recipe included. And indeed all of the recipes are either reasonably or very easy to make. The only drawback is that I need to find suppliers for some of the more unusual ingredients. There is a wonderful section for people who suffer from digestive problems, if only there were even more of those recipes. Fabulous ideas for dinner parties and the odd sweet or two. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to eat more healthily and/or lose some weight. The key is that these are very filling meals and if one can break the habit of eating in between, then the suggestions here are highly nutritious. Only to be expected, I suppose, from a qualified nutritionist. I'd be delighted if Amelia's next book was a meal plan for weightloss covering a two week (or ideally 4 week) period.

An absolute bible for healthy eating! Love it!
I am extremely impressed with this book! The recipes have been put into well thought out chapters and the recipes look so easy to do. I made the prawn curry tonight which was heavenly! My 2 year old daughter loved it too.I often find that some supposedly 'healthy eating' books are anything but and the recipes seem very complicated. Amelia has made her recipes look very simple and easy to follow which is a must when you have a busy job and young family. One review had commented that they couldn't find some of the ingredients in their local Asda.... Well hello! It's not really a supermarket know for its wonderful array of healthy options now is is! It's quite obvious that the very few more hard to find ingredients that you will never find in crappy supermarkets can be found in quality super markets, health food shops or you can order to your door from Amazon or Ocado, it's really quite simple.

Good recipes, condescending tone
I loved the pictures of the food, the layout of the book and the fact that's it's got a lot of low sugar recipes. I particularly love the salads in jars page and found that an exciting and inspiring way to take my food to work. What I didn't like was that I felt some of the writing was condescending and I also don't care which celebrities follow this stuff - I'd rather just get to know the author herself. My overall view is that I really liked the recipes, as someone who already subscribes to this kind of diet anyway but I struggled with the tone of the writing.

Eating healthy has never been so much fun!
I bought this book after deciding to try and get a balance with some healthy cooking. I have quite a few cool books by Delia, Nigella etc but they don’t really focus on clean eating.I’ve had this book a couple of days now and I love it! There’s a good bit of content around how to really succeed with clean eating and how to think about what ingredients to buy. There are plenty of recipes to cater to your needs from quick small plates to desserts. The recipes that I’ve tried are yummy and not too complicated however it’s good to know that the way the recipes are written they aren’t as precise or method descriptive as you might find a Nigella recipe.

Good recipes if you want to eat grain and dairy ...
Good recipes if you want to eat grain and dairy free. I tried quite a lot of them so far and all tasted good. Even the "unheard" of ingredients are readily available in the supermarkets I shop at. I feel much more balanced during the day; no more cravings or being bloated. A lot of it is suitable for my family. The Roast chicken with parsnips chips were a big hit and colleagues look at my kilner jar salads with envie. The only thing I don't like is that there is a "naughty" chapter included which states that Amelia doesn't eat sweets or treats; yet she's photographed eating them. Not every page has photographs, so I feel like those one's could have been left out if the author doesn't advocate those recipes. But, yes, the book is one of my new favourites just for the steak with aubergine mash recipe...

Llegó a tiempo, un poco maltratado
Llegó un poco maltratado de las orillas.Para ser un libro importado, deberían de tener más cuidado con el embalaje.

Inspirational book, good rcipew
Really good recipes. Interesting history and stories. Recipes are good. Very English. Some I will never try. I like that she went to nutrition school to get to the bottom of her problems.
