Still have good skin
I just take a teaspoon full a day and do feel it's helped me through menopause and onward. I am 67 now and my skin is good. I also think this helps me to keep in emotional balance. I do prefer this product as organic and no animal products in it and feel that I'm helping the planet in some small way.

Nice oil but the bottle seal arrived loose, causing leaks and waste of oil.
