I've had this for years until I broke it accidentally. Even though I've half melted it, it still continued to work for a while longer. I then got a replacement, which was so unreliable and flimsy, I am now buying it again after many years. Very good quality (I've had the silver one), much less flimsy than other brands and the metal probe was thickerI

i have food thermometers before but this one is the best it's easy to use very pleased with this product.

I've only given it 4 stars because I've only used it once, to make yoghurt, and it works perfectly fine. Temperature read is quick and accurate, my yoghurt came out perfect. So far so good.

I bought this in 2022 and never gave it thought to leave a review. Nevertheless I needed a thermometer to test my hot water against my new boiler, which is set at 55C. This was in the kitchen sink so I expected it to drop a degree or two. The reading was 52.3. I then tested the kettle which was 98+ after boiling. A bit awkward to test as it was only half full (doh) and I was avoiding getting burned. Nevertheless, it isn't far off accurate.I was quite impressed as, to date, this is one of the most accurate thermometers I have tested. I have used it for chicken and other meats and have taken it at face value, but today was the proof I needed to know that this was not a bad purchase after all.

Easy to use, battery has lasted a long time (and still works 7 months later).

The thermometer works fine, responds quickly and is easy to use. It would be better if the probe guard clipped onto the thermometer rather than just being a loose fit

It’s a meat thermometer , it works.Has one button to operate and one which allows you to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit, so it’s nice for US recipes if you’re lazy to convert the degrees.It has a small battery and not rechargeable which is expected for its price.

È molto pratico e soprattutto fornisce una lettura della temperatura davvero rapida, cosa fondamentale quando si cucina carne, pesce o dolci.La sonda lunga da 5.35 pollici è perfetta perché permette di controllare la temperatura degli alimenti senza rischiare di scottarsi. La utilizzo spesso per carne alla griglia, barbecue e arrosti, ma funziona benissimo anche per controllare la temperatura di olio, latte o acqua.Il display LCD è chiaro e facile da leggere, anche mentre si cucina. Inoltre il termometro è leggero, compatto e molto semplice da utilizzare: basta inserire la sonda e in pochi secondi si ottiene una misurazione precisa.Mi ha colpito anche la qualità costruttiva, che sembra solida e affidabile. Considerando il prezzo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo.In conclusione, un termometro digitale pratico, preciso e molto versatile, ideale sia per chi ama il barbecue sia per l’uso quotidiano in cucina. Assolutamente consigliato.
