PrimeLash Mascara for Older Women – Volumizing, Incredible Length in 2 Coats – Long-Stay, Zero Clumps, Hypoallergenic (Black)

I was VERY skeptical about buying this product. It's expensive, and I thought they were just trying to "pull in" older women who are desperate for longer, fuller lashes. I've used it for a week, and I am pleasantly surprised. My lashes do appear longer and I love the brown color which is softer than black. There is NO clumping and therefore doesn't really thicken the lashes. That's OK b/c all the mascaras I've used that claim to thicken...clump and dry out in the tube. I find I use much less mascara...and that will make it cheaper in the long run. I RARELY do reviews, but I'm making an exception here. It really does seem to be a good product and worth the extra $$$.

I've used so many different brands of mascara over the past 30 yrs and this brand is great. I'm 56 yrs old and due to aging, my lashes were thinning and I had to put so much more mascara on then I used to. But, I was surprised that this mascara really looked great on me and I did not have to put a ton of it on. love it. will continue to use it over and over

I wasn't impressed with this mascara when I first tried it, but after using it several weeks, I've definitely changed my opinion. I didn't like the applicator then and still don't care for it, because the brush is very full and I prefer a micro bristle brush. Being a senior, my lashes are thinner and with that big round brush, I almost always get mascara on my eyelid. The mascara itself is a great product. It goes on smooth, doesn't clump or flake and stays in place until you remove it. I will definitely buy it again!

I have been watching advertisements for this product for months and finally ordered it. This is the best mascara I have ever used. EVER. I have used Latisse to grow my own. I have purchased many less expensive brands. Nothing compares to this. I have thrown away more money than I want to admit. I should have bought this a long time ago. Buy it. You will not be disappointed.

WOW! I used it for the first time yesterday so I cannot speak to lash growth yet. But I was VERY happy with the product as far as a mascara. I’m in my 60’s and my lashes are not what they used to be. I wear false eyelashes when I go out but really would rather not. This mascara made my poor eyelashes look longer and thicker and truly…almost like they used to be. I used 3 coats and boom! My eyelashes looked great! I know it is a pricey product, but, I am sold on it. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying others and they just did not do the job. Spend the money and you won’t be disappointed.

Product was much as described. The texture was clumpy and thick. (As I should have expected from description.) Intend to to try application again to see if I am more comfortable with product. The idea of the product for thick lashes, easy to apply, for older women was great, but, once on, I feared clumps would get into my eyes. THEY DID NOT. THE PRODUCT DID NOT FLAKE. Product was as described, but now I know it will not flake into eyes I need to apply better. I have not used mascara in years. This product could change that if I learn to apply correctly.

I have been using this mascara for about a week and have a mixed opinion. I believe it makes my lashes look longer when applied as directed, but it doesn't do much for making them appear thicker. It glides on smoothly without any globs. It wears well without flaking. It is not waterproof, but doesn't run with tears as some mascaras do (tested at a family member's recent funeral). It also resists smearing and smudging better than most. It is easy to remove with eye-makeup remover and also comes off easily with face wash and water. It has a rubbery consistency, similar to that of latex paint and remains somewhat sticky even when dry. That can cause the individual lashes to stick or clump together. As another reviewer mentioned, a stretchy thread of mascara forms on the end of the wand as it is removed from the cylinder. I just wipe the wand tip gently on the edge of the opening to remove this and keep it from falling on my clothes or face. The other reviewer uses a tissue for the job.

This mascara is outstanding! It goes on easily on each individual lash and lasts all day without smudging or clumping. It outperforms any mascara I have ever tried, and I have tried nearly all of them. Unless they change the formula, and I recommend that they don’t, this mascara is magical!
