Do you have a 3 gang screwless wall plate ?

We currently only have single and double gang screwless wall plates.

How thick is the plate? In other words, how far away from the wall will it project after it is installed?

As you see from the attached video, the plate is slightly larger than 1/4". This is normal for a wall plate and doesn't look unusual at all.

how does this attach?

It comes with 2 covers, the first cover screws onto the switch/outlet box and the second cover snaps on, providing a screwless look.

instruction how to install this, it came with no instructions. I got only one piece so ridiculous

Just take out the old on/off switch, leaving the circuit in the on position or disconnected, off. Simple.
