Is it 40% urea cream?

The tube does not give a urea %. It just says it contains urea is lanolin free and hypo-allergenic.

Does this help with skin peeling between toes?

CCS is an excellent moisturising cream that will help dry skin on the feet. Although it will help with the peeling, there may be an underlying factor to why it is peeling in the first place such as athletes foot. We recommend you visit your local pharmacist.
