I really like this kit, it is so easy to use even for a beginner.It was fiddly to put together at first, and the handle simply places in so it does drop off sometimes. I at first though it would be nice to have a way to 'clip' it in, but it's handy for switching between flat and cut pasta.Given this, I think the handle coming off easily might be better than one hard to get off, when your hands are full of flour, damp pastry and trying to switch at that point, you need easy release. It's not wobbly loose.Using the machine - I'd never tried before, though I've made pastry. Learning how to make the pasta dough was super easy watching a video, and I would say using this was the easiest part of all. It is adjustable, and can roll really thick to thin layers.After finding it so easy to do pasta, I decided to try gyoza wrappers! Easy again! My family loved them, and they were so easy to get to the required thinness for tasty dumplings.These I then steamed and presto, saving a fortune.I've made fresh pasta, cookies, gyoza, lasagne sheets, pie tops, and pastry cases. It's awesome, I'm going to get one for my daughter.* tips* wipe it clean straight after use which makes it easier - flour etc can become stubborn* it's easy to take apart for ease of cleaning* watch videos on how to use, and it's so simple

Amazing, sturdy piece of kitchen kit. No issues with the handle. Made basic pasta with 200g 00 flour and 2 large eggs. Ran it through from 7-1 and then made spaghetti. Great homemade pesto to go with it, olives and fresh mozzarella. So easy to use, clean and very reasonably priced. Fresh pasta tastes so good!

It’s great quality and works well, however it doesn’t stick to the surface it’s on so when your spinning the handle the machine lifts off the surface it’s really annoying

When I say five stars I mean five stars so far!!Look, before I start I must tell you that I've not yet used this product. I bought it because, of all the reviews I'd read, it appeared to be the best buy. It arrived very quickly was very well packaged, looks nice and is sturdy. The most exciting thing about it was the ease with which I was able to put it together and take it apart. By this I mean I was able easily to use the clamp, and the wheel to adjust the width of the roller, and the handle to turn the rollers. (one handle for all three). (It slots in and out easy as anything!)I'm very dim when it comes to this kind of thing, and I kept putting off opening the box but I'd bought two, one for a present and one for myself, so in the end I had to open them so I could wrap the present before Christmas had passed by. The reason I hesitated for so long was fear!! Yup. I'm a mechanical coward of the highest order: if it's the least bit difficult I can make a real meal (no pun intended) out of trying to put things together, and find doing so really stressful. But even for one as challenged as I - this was EASY. I couldn't stop smiling when I realised it was all sorted, and I did this kinda stupid jig thingy - I know, I know, and you're right!!When I've used it I'll let you know more. Mind you have never made my own pasta before, so I reckon if anyone can mess it up, I can.anyhow, thanks to the seller for the super efficient delivery and packaging and to the rest of you - well, I hope this helps though, really, it's not giving you much information.

Excellent product but typically terrible delivery by Evri, I'm disabled in a 1st floor flat & they just left it on the bottom stair & leftA great heavyweight pasta machine, solid & sturdy, so easy to use & make homemade quality pasta

Ive just started using this for polymer clay, and I have to say that I'm very pleased with it. The construction is beautifully sturdy but it doesn't take up much room on my work surface. The dials to change thickness are very easy to use, and it takes moments to clean the machine. When i move, I shall purchase another for pasta.

Unfortunately the handle keeps breaking during normal use, which makes the pasta machine very frustrating to use. When it works it does the job, but the handle doesn’t feel durable enough.
