Bought for organ shoes, and they work great!
I'm a new organ student and needed a pair of shoes I could use to play pedals; my teacher recommended these, and they work rather well so far! The size fit me exactly – I measured my feet to be 10.75 inches from heel to the tip of my big toe, which lined up with the 10.5 sizing in the product description, and the 10.5 size fit my feet just about perfectly for organ playing, very snugly. The heel is a good height for organ playing, and the suede bottoms are easy to feel the pedals with. The toe is also not pointed, which helps to play the black key pedals easily. The sides of the shoes do rub/stick/squeak against each other a little bit, which I'm hopeful a little shoe polish might resolve. Also, the side of the shoe near the arch is somewhat wide, so it's difficult to place one foot inside the little nook of the other in order to play adjacent notes. However, for the price, and assuming the material will wear in over time, I don't see how an organist could go wrong with these shoes.

Good fit but not for outdoor use
I drew the line around my foot on a piece of paper and measured from toe to heel and found my size on the chart and when the shoes arrived they fit perfectly. It took a few days for the shoes to arrive in the mail so I thought I would go to Goodwill store and buy some black pants really cheap. While there I decide to go look at shoes (I have a policy to never buy used shoes) there was a pair of almost new dance shoes for ten bucks. They looked like they were probably bought new for a couple hundred dollars... They are rugged and made for inside or outside use. These I ordered from amazon I would never wear outside, they are just too delicate. They are for dance floors only and probably moderate dancing at best. Years ago, I had leather bottom dance "shoes" with pointy toes. these are not them. Go to where you want to wear these "inside" with other shoes and put these on when you get there. They are simply not at all, outside shoes, in my opinion. They are dancing "slippers" not shoes.I will keep them, they may have some light use, from the outside appearance they look nice and are perhaps good for taking photos in. Very light weight and that is a plus when dancing around a lot.

Surprisingly Good
These just finished a 3-week Nutcracker run in which I wore them because i was cast as Drosselmeyer but was a wee bit short for the requisite cape ^-^'They proved both comfortable and reliable and looked great the whole time. They also helped save me from stepping on my hem and tripping or choking myself whenever I had to step backwards (which I did frequently both in the choreography and in general stage business).Soles are suede and suitable for character dance and lifts on a Marley floor. They're also quite flexible--that's perfect for me (a ballet dancer) but it seems possible that a stiffer sole might come in handy in some settings, so keep that in mind.

Not up for the challenge…
These shoes, while looking nice, are not up to the challenge of any production. My husband and I bought a pair for a community theatre show we’re both in. After two weeks, the suede bottoms were peeling off and the shoes sides were scuffed. Not worth the money we paid.

Not a suede outsole
These shoes state in the description that they have both a rubber sole and a suede outsole. I must have missed the rubber sole description and went with the suede one, but they definitely have a rubber sole. My husband said they fit well but we can't use them for dancing.

Great dancing shoe! Good quality, great price!
Dance shoes were delivered on schedule. The fit is perfect (9.5 mens). My feet are somewhat narrow, so that might be a factor in sizing. The quality is good- The shoe doesn’t seem to be leather, but I could be wrong. The price is right-around $45. Compared to brand name shoes at $125, I’ll stick with this no-brand. I think they are great dancing shoes & fit comfortably

Great Buy!
I think the shoes are great! I go through shoes so quickly that I decided to try a more economic shoe. I ordered a size 13. I wear a 14/15 in street shoes and my foot measures just over 12inches. It was a snug fit but to be expected when having to order most dance shoes in a 13. Other than that they are very comfortable and perfect for moderate to heavy ensemble shows.

So far, so good
I cant speak as to how well they will hold up, but I will share that I sent back two pair (too small) and kept trying to get the right size for my foot, which I did on the third delivery. I think they run small. Return service was quick and easy, shoes look good, are comforable, and the soles now allow me to slide my feet properlly keeping my feet on the floor and do a proper rumba.
