Great value and it works
Didn't turn up on time but on sending a message of concern got an immediate response and was asked to wait another week. It finally turned up a couple of weeks late. More importantly it works well so no complaints, especially at a price of 93p. The hands were a bit long for the clock I was using it on but they were easily trimmed.

A little flimsy, but great for the price.
The hands wobble when you try to adjust them, which makes it hard to set the time accurately. However, once you spend a minute aligning the hands, they run flawlessly and keep time fine. The hands are extremely easy to bend. I bent then by accident and it was a nightmare getting them straight so they wouldn't interfere with each other. I'm very happy with the price, and assembly was really straight forward. The second hand moves round smoothly, rather in intervals, which is nice. (the hands are a lovely textured silver on the back, and you can install them face down for a different look)

Better late than never!
Arrived after a 3 week wait. Didn't fit into old existing clock without cutting off plastic "V" hook at top as shown. Had a problem with clock hands pressing glass on re-assembly, despite using spacers to reduce drive protrusion on face side. Original clock hands fitted better than the new ones supplied - look more in keeping as well. Eventually left glass off clock, if it gets a dusty face so what. The main thing is that IT WORKS. Good value if you are not in a hurry.

Mechanism good for price
Bought this for a friend, the mechanism is good but the we couldn't get the second hand to work so we used the clocks original hands and they worked great. Took a long time to arrive.

Packaging needs to be better at protecting hands.
Unfortunately the packaging did not protect the clock's hands and the minute and second hands were bent quite badly when it arrived. The opening for the battery is also not quite large enough to get the battery in easilyand it was quite a struggle for it to fit in. Hopefully other than these points it will work properly.

Very cost effective solution, but check critical parts dimensions
The quality of the parts is good enough for functionality and it is incredible low cost. Sweep second hand movement is nice. Anyhow, you need to check critical dimensions of parts before ordering as new hands may not be interchangeable to your old ones and/or clock face fixing thread length is rather short. Minute hand length: 97mm with 3.5mm dia. hole, Hour hand: 66mm with 5.4mm dia. hole, Second hand length: 100mm. Quartz movement mechanism: 56mm H x 56mm W x 16mm T. The center thread length is 6mm to fix it to the clock face using 2mm thick simple hexagonal nut, so that the effective maximum clock face thickness becomes 4mm if you use a nut. I had to use double sided tape and small wood screw to fix movement to 6mm thick clock face. Hand length can be shortened if necessary.

Well satisfied.
Following the usual advice of dispatch, the packet took forever to get to me but it did arrive within the time laid down. This turned out not to be surprising as it came by p[ost all the way from China. Having said that - the mechanism is absolutely first class and has restored a treasured old clock to full working order for peanuts in terms of cost. Well satisfied.
