GOOD VALUE, GOOD PRODUCT
This product is excellent value. I needed something to clear the drainage holes in my Vauxhall Corsa. Some of the holes are very difficult to get to. But with this flexible drain cleaner it was perfect for the job. I have also cleared a bathroom sink drainage pipe with it. Excellent product.

Works well with a plunger
Perfect. Took a few attempts but with this and a plunger I managed to unblock a basin that a plunger on its own couldn't do. Previously, the plunger would clear it enough to let water go down but not enough to remove the blockage completely.

Could do with a handle
The lack of a handle makes this trickier to use than it needs to be. It's not easy trying to rotate this without the benefit of a decent size handle to provide a proper grip and some much needed leverage.

Useful bit of kit, although it didn't clear the blockage in my sink waste.
** This review is not sponsored, nor did I receive the product free or at a discount **As it happens, it didn't work for me, but I think the reason for that was that the sink waste blockage was several bends away from the entry point, and the drain cleaner would not negotiate all of them. However, it did go past 2 bends, so I can see it being a useful piece of kit for blockages that are not too far away from an opening. For that reason I will mark it up and keep it to use when necessary.

Not any use
This drain cleaner was hopeless. It wouldn't go round the u bend and was difficult to turn without some kind of handleReally ...a waste of time and money. Sorry!!!

Worth the buy
Cleared my shower, sink and bath plug holes of huge clumps of hair and slime. Quite tricky to twist the rod once it’s down the plug hole and did slip myself in the face a few times with the other end but it was worth it as my sinks now drain with no issues.

Don’t hesitate just purchase!
Fantastic product cleared the very stubborn blockage immediately. Had spent the previous day decanting standing water, trying to plunge, steam and chemical flush to absolutely no avail. Not even 2 mins with this drain snake and the blockage was clear! Highly recommended. Another awesome product from Rolson tools!

Meh, try something else
It is plenty long, and the corkscrew does pull out hair, but it is a huge hassle to use. There is no real handle to speak of, and so it is nigh impossible to twist in order to snag the hair. And unless you really need 1.8m, it is too long for most sink/bath/shower drains. Cleaning it is also a huge nightmare. It did however remove the blockage from our bath.
