Is not see-thru in the slightest, so important for a work shirt where unlike clubbing clothes, modesty matters! It's a lovely cut, very flattering without ostentation so looks nice with everything from a suit to jeans. If in doubt, or between sizes opt for the larger size for the most flattering fit, especially if you have square shoulders or are busty for comfort. I have already purchased a 2nd white shirt and can see myself coming back in the autumn to grab a couple of other colours since it's such a versatile classic design for all occasions. The 3/4 sleeve looks smart for all seasons. Launders nicely and if you hang it up on a hanger to dry overnight, you can probably get away without ironing it, again a very useful quality for a work shirt, or when travelling. Wears well as the fabric has just enough synthetic to make it easy to iron, and to stay looking uncreased throughout the day, while still containing enough cotton as to not make you feel like a sticky, sweaty Betty on the summer commute.

Bought for work.i needed a smart blouse that wasn’t too loose or tight... fits well and washes well...hardly needs ironing ,but isn’t "nylony" or hot. Sleeve length is ideal as they are not too short but look more professional than short sleeves.I may be buying a couple more as they are the best of my five different blouses.

I needed to get some new blouses for work as my ones were beginning to show their age. I bought three of these as I work behind a bar so drops and spills happen. These blouses are fantastic in terms of fit and quality. They’re a thick material to the point where I was wearing a neon sports bra underneath them and you couldn’t see it at all! They fit your arms well whilst leaving room to move, same as the chest and body. There a pretty accurate fit too as I’m normally a size 6 in tops but an 8 is advertised as a 32” bust, so I bought a size 8 and it fits just as described! Genuinely quality for a wonderful price, I will definitely be buying again if more are needed.

I bought this shirt for work and I'm really pleased with it. A lot of the white shirts around now seem to be so thin that you have to wear a camisole underneath - which I find tends to bunch up and annoy me!Fortunately this shirt is of decent quality and isn't see through. It irons really well - very easily de-creased and looks smart on. It is true to size and has nice width on the arms so you can move around without those causing problems.I love the 3/4 length sleeve as I'm forever rolling my sleeves up otherwise. The cuff is nice too as it isn't a proper cuff - they've just finished off the sleeve properly.It's a good length and looks smart both tucked in a left out.I'd definitely recommend these shirts for work. They are comfortable, good quality and are nicely tailored. They are darted at the bust and in the back to give a tailored shape.

Reasonable value for money, the material is not see-through. The shirts are as pictured - quite utility-like, would work well as a uniform or (as someone else said) for waitressing, reception jobs, that sort of thing. But if you undo the top button they do not look too dorky. And they did come well-packed, too.The only downside is that it was too big. I'm a size 8, ordered size 8, think on balance 6 would have been better. It is big at the collar, wide sleeves, rather shapeless, and length goes down to mid-thigh on me. Perhaps if you are doing waitressing work and want to be able to move about very freely, no tightness round the arms etc. - go with your normal size. But if you want something a bit more fitted, I'd go for a size down.I'm now deciding whether to return and then order a smaller size. Returns are free but they do involve a bit of faff either printing a label or visiting somewhere with a bar-code on a device... I'd prefer it if they just included a label we could stick on the packaging, would be much simpler!

Higher quality than you might expect, with good quality poplin, excellent finish and superb packaging (tissue paper in the folds! How rare is that these days?) Quick to arrive and washed and weaars really well. Caanaaa't fault it!

Great delivery time. Fabric is a little thin but i dont mind that as my workplace is always hot. Shirt is nice, or it would be if it fitted. Being wary I ordered a size bigger than my normal loose fitting size but yet I still couldn't even get the buttons to meet the holes, the arms are so tight I couldn't scratch my nose without cutting off my blood supply.

Lovely blouse for my daughter for orchestra uniform, very comfortable. As she is a larger size and quite tall (6ft) I have found it very difficult to get comfortable blouses that she can wear a tie with unless I buy her a mans shirt. She likes this one so much I am ordering more in white for school.
