Is this product from wild caught salmon? the term organic is usually used when farming fish (fed organic feed)...please be clear.

It is all freshly and weekly packed and currently May 2021.

Is the caviar pasteurized ?

Hello . I don't think they are pasteurized, I have never heard of such a thing until now. They are a bit bitter but they don't taste bad. Good price-quality ratio. I buy from Italy, which are a bit tastier, but in the UK I only bought from here. good appetite .
