will this fit 145mm square cards exactly, or will they be a tiny bit too small?

I received the order today. My 50 bags (advertised as 145mm x 145mm) are 142mm x 143mm and therefore too small (1-2mm) for my cards. Can't use them.

Can anyone confirm that these are recyclable and if they can go in normal household recycling bins?

I am not sure in the UK. I live in Spain where most plastic items are recylcable. Would recommend you approach the source for these card bags.

Do these fit one card only? Are any that fit 5 or even 10 cards?

These are single card cellophane bags; you would need card bags designed for slightly larger cards if you want to pack 5 or more cards together.

Is the bag size 145 x 145 with extra for lip or is lip included in 145 measurement?

The lip that folds over is extra, not part of the sizing of the card.
