Best product I’ve ever bought for snoring - So happy with this product. I’ve had a problem with snoring for many years and tried so many things that haven’t worked but this is brilliant. It took a couple of days to get it into the right position and with the right pressure but now I seem to have it right. For the last 2 nights my husband has told me that I haven’t snored at all!! I have done some research on this and it looks like it is applying pressure to the heart meridian line that links to the throat and as my snoring problems are caused by the throat it is the perfect product. It didn’t work perfectly the first night because I had the pressure part of the ring applied to the outside of my little finger and not the inside part, this seemed to make a difference for me. Then it worked perfectly on the second night when I wore it with the pressure points on the inside of my little finger. Then ok the third night I forgot to put it on 30 mins before I went to sleep, I put it on as I went to bed and fell asleep quickly and my husband said I snored again and I had a restless night too. So it is important I have found to put it on 30 mins before you go to bed and position the ring correctly for it to work. This is one of the best products I have ever bought and I am so grateful. Review: No improvement whatsoever. - When measuring my finger, the size fell right between small and medium. I ordered the small size. However, when I received the item the ring that arrived was too small for my finger. Further, there was no set of instructions packed with the item. I had to search online to find out how to use the ring. The ring was very pinchy when fitted and following the instructions (placing on the little finger 30 mins before sleep), my snoring was exactly the same during the night.
