I have used a copper version in the past, but not only did it give me a green finger, I found it quite uncomfortable as the material is quite soft - it closed even tighter during the night, resulting in a dry sinus feeling from pressing too hard on the pressure point.This ring looks and feels great. I hardly notice it, even by the morning.It has stopped my snoring completely and I do not have a dried out feeling in the morning either.I can enjoy sleeping on my back again and my wife and kids are just as happy! :)

When measuring my finger, the size fell right between small and medium. I ordered the small size. However, when I received the item the ring that arrived was too small for my finger. Further, there was no set of instructions packed with the item. I had to search online to find out how to use the ring. The ring was very pinchy when fitted and following the instructions (placing on the little finger 30 mins before sleep), my snoring was exactly the same during the night. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the ring actually being too small for my finger but as there is no option given for a return/change of size and no instructions were provided in the box, I cannot recommend this item.

Worked occasionaly but how does a layman know where to place the ring in the right place. Guidelines were anbiguous. Was afraid that if I adjusted the width of the ring it might snap in two.

This did seem too good to be true! but, after reading a few reviews I thought I'd go for it... My husband is still snoring... LOUDLY 😴 waste of money.

I was very weary about this, as it claimed to do so much, however I have been using this for about two weeks now, and I must say my snoring is not away completely, but it is not as loud, and I would say its away at least 80% - 85% of the time, I seem to be getting a better nights sleep with less disruptions, I have always been troubled with sinuses and in the morning, it must be due to the fact my airways are getting ease, due to me breathing better I seem to be able to get rid of a lot of gunk from my nose. Here's hoping it keeps working, and it may even get better, time will tell

So happy with this product. I’ve had a problem with snoring for many years and tried so many things that haven’t worked but this is brilliant. It took a couple of days to get it into the right position and with the right pressure but now I seem to have it right. For the last 2 nights my husband has told me that I haven’t snored at all!! I have done some research on this and it looks like it is applying pressure to the heart meridian line that links to the throat and as my snoring problems are caused by the throat it is the perfect product. It didn’t work perfectly the first night because I had the pressure part of the ring applied to the outside of my little finger and not the inside part, this seemed to make a difference for me. Then it worked perfectly on the second night when I wore it with the pressure points on the inside of my little finger. Then ok the third night I forgot to put it on 30 mins before I went to sleep, I put it on as I went to bed and fell asleep quickly and my husband said I snored again and I had a restless night too. So it is important I have found to put it on 30 mins before you go to bed and position the ring correctly for it to work. This is one of the best products I have ever bought and I am so grateful.

I have to admit I was getting desperate when I bought this, having had no luck with any of the other products on the market. It did all sound a bit new age ish, taking about the Ulna nerve in the little finger being linked to snoring, and there I was thinking that snoring came out of my mouth, but hey what do I know, I'm not a doctor.Turns out that snoring continued emanating from my mouth (tbc) despite wearing this mystical ring of power, and so I was once again relegated to the spare bedroom. My missus went so far as to say that when wearing it my snoring was even louder! could that be a thing? Have I misunderstood and bought some sort of snoring enhancer?My advice is, use a low tog duvet (you're more likely to roll onto your back and snore more if you are hot in bed (and I don't mean that kind of 'hot' - wink wink!)) No PJs for the same reason, keep the window open to keep the air flowing in the room, and the door open if possible, and get your missus some good quality earplugs for her birthday, they love that kinda thing, the little darlins.

I opened it up and gazed upon its true beauty.That night after consulting the orical better known as Google the wise for correct placement of my precious I finally placed it upon my finger and snuck into my queens chamber. Under the covers I covertly placed myself and set myself down for slumber.I awoke in the morning alive and refreshed with a happy wife.Basically the long and the short of it is this ring is amazing and I highly recommend it.The end............
