Does the strap come with this? If not which strap do you need?

No it only comes with the handle that’s you can see, you have to purchase the Velcro pad for the strap

Could you fit two of these together using the shoulder strap add on? As two of these together would be the ideal size for a compact call out bag.

Ideally you want to 2go 5 to join two of these together and attach the shoulder strap. I use one with a 2go 3 on one side, and the WERA 05136027001 screwdriver/ pliers set on the other. 👌🏼
