It does, it has 3/4 and 1/4 screw. Also u can buy super clap makes it easier to clap on other surfaces.

You will need some kind of bracket, but it depends on your mic and intended use/angle in terms of the exact one you need. Many have a standard thread or cold shoe option to connect to the arm.

What sort of bracket would I need for mounting this from a wall?
