I bought them to decant my Sloe Gin into and they made perfect presents. The manufacturer of the bottles would be able to answer your question or someone who knows what flint glass might mean. Sorry not to be more helpful. **Q: are these bottles ok for the freezer ?** A: I haven’t tested it but the stopper isn’t a proper seal so if the intention is to freeze contents you’d have to bear that in mind. The stopper might be pushed out. If high alcohol content it won’t freeze anyway. But to chill in the freezer I can’t see why it would be any different from a wine or vodka bottle.
