Amazing Harmonica - great even compared to more expensive harmonicas ive brought
This was the first harmonica I brought. It is of great quality, I could play all holes and it allows you to bend notes if you are playing blues style. The real metal feels great and the engraved design looks much more than its worth. The sound was rich and sounded good and allowed me to learn some major blues riffs. The plastic comb was soft and easy to slide across on notes. The harmonica is a good size and having had it for over 4months is still going strong.I have now progressed as a player and have invested in a hohner special 20 to advance myself. But only because I have been playing for a while I can detect only a subtle fuller sound with my more expensive harmonica.I have now passed my harmonica to my son who is learning to. I have brought another for a friend.I think this is an amazing harmonica. The small cost is a bonus.

Great buy!!
A superb harmonica! Plays brilliantly! Well made, good quality, sleek and sounds great.Made in China by craftsmen..... and women who having been making great harmonicas for years.Remember Chinese harmonicas are as good and even better than the much hypedbig names in harmonica manufacturing (no names no pack-drill). Long gone are the days when "Made in China"meant poor quality and shoddy workmanship (if, indeed, this ever really was the case).Swan harmonicas are right up there with the "big boys" when it comes to excellent quality and great sounding harmonicas.Highly recommended!!SWAN BLUES POWER DIATONIC BLUES HARMONICA KEY OF C

Great price for a cheap beginners harp!
Very good starter harmonica. After finally delving into the harp world and purchasing 2 of these harmonicas (key of C and G) I came to love the instrument. I think these harmonicas serve a great purpose as a cheapo harp to play whilst learning the ropes of the hobby. I stuck with these harps for around 2 months before upgrading to a Hohner marine band deluxe (a Christmas present). They worked well for letting the user know if they want to continue with the hobby and upgrade or put the harp down and do whatever.Yes they don't sound incredible, but they are good enough and for the price they are hard to be beaten.(But really get a decent harmonica at some point the difference is monumental and will change the experience of playing the harp altogether for good!)

Higlhy recommend - great value for money- inexpensive and great fun :)
I bought two of these as an inexpensive stocking filler for Christmas. They were a big hit, with kids and adults. They produce a nice high picted sound, as youd expect from a harmonica. Im not expert but it sounds exactly as youd expect it to, and you can easily do the "warble" effect with it and mess about with it.The kids were able to use them with ease also, so for a musical instrument, its very very easy to pick up and play.Highly recommended, to adutls and children, for fun, or if anynoe takes it up more seriously, its a great started harmonica as its cheap but sounds nice.

Great for its level
All the notes work, the build seems robust enough, the appearance pleasant and the tone is quite rich given the low cost. Being anything but the next Sonny Terry I cannot offer a more knowledgable opinion but for now this instrument will do fine to learn on. As with many things you can pay a lot more but you won't always get better value.
