If your looking to use the Autogylm balm after cleaning the leather then this is crucial step that you don't want to rush you need to make sure you get all the area otherwise you do notice the missed patches. When spraying the bottle a little goes a long way as you don't need much solution to get a desired finish. Like the balm this left a faint scent it isn't powerful at all its literally faint but you do smell something its not a bad smell at all its nothing unpleasant. I didn't really need to go over the area more than twice however, this can be applied again if the area is still needed to be cleaned.
