Midwife put me on these a while back. These are great for iron levels in pregnancy. I have been vegetarian for the last 15 years of my life, not because I want to be but because I get so sick every time I try meat. These do not make me sick at all! I’m so so thankful to finally get some of the benefits of meat back into my life without having to be horrifically sick trying to do it.
