Mercer Culinary M18830P Offset Spatula, 4 1/4-Inch, Silver

I needed something to help me ice a cake and bought this. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention to the size properly as it's quite small. I also did this all quite lastminute, so didn't have a chance to return it and buy a bigger one. It worked well though. I suspect the dodgy icing is more due to this being the first time I've ever iced a cake rather than the spatula being somehow broken or wrong. Next time, I'll definitely be buying a full sized one though.

Great little tool, I've ordered second one already as my first one was confiscated by my mom who loved it too. Very good for flipping, plating, smoothing out and much more. The only con would be the sticker placed on the edge of the blade, the it leaves glue residue but apart from that it is perfect.

Great spatula BUT it comes with an annoying sticker on the metal part which leaves a super difficult to remove sticky residue.

Brilliant job for spreading toppings on cheesecake. Wouldn't be without it now.

This item is a culinary product. The metal part of this item is intended to be used with food. Who in their right mind places a sticker right on the metal part ?!? Why not simply on the plastic packaging which wraps it? or worst case scenario on the handle ??? Even months later, after multiple washes in the dishwasher, leaving the spatula in a glass of vinegar over night, even a diluted alcohol solution, there is still lots of glue on it. I am throwing it away. The metal part of the spatula is very flimsy. The indent is also way too shallow for a spatula. I am very displeased with this product.

Have already few of these and i love them. For accurate plating, petit fours or any other precise work. Perfect

High quality spat. The grip is wonderful and the practicality and use is comforting and efficient. Mercer highly underrated in the secondary untensil area.

Well made spatula and handle is good.

Have not been able to use the item yet. Don't understand why there is a product label glued on the tip. The glue is super sticky and I had a hard time removing the label. Now I have to find a way to remove the sticky glue before I can use it, and it is annoying.
