I do like the Active Balance Exercise Ball, so far I've used it for glute and leg exercises as I have had problems with my knee, it's really helped with my balance when doing leg and glute exercises, as it's challenging enough but also makes it easy to do my leg and glute exercises. I can't wait to discover more exercises that I am able to do with the ball, so far it's been great in improving my balance and flexibility.It was easy to inflate as well.

I really love this ball as there are many exercises you can do. and it is anti-slip. It is the perfect size (65cm) and I am nearly 5ft 8 inches tall. It is great to sit on as well to use as a chair to watch tv etc.

The main benefits i found from this product was the increase in core abdominal strength. I used the ball for 15-30 mins daily and was able to do most exercises while watching TV in the living room. Other benefits I found with this product were by just sitting on the ball and trying to maintain balance was also working my core and leg muscles & this is something that be done for longer periods while watching TV or talking to family & friends. Overall this Ball is made from a durable material, offers options of completing a variety of exercises and I found it very beneficial for improving core strength and balancing.

Once the ball is inflated, I instantly was glad with my purchase. I love the non-slip surface there are little ribs running around the ball to help further. Great quality and definitely worth the money. What I really appricate is that it's not just a yoga ball, the downloadable PFD contains excellent exersices people of every lifestyle can use. I see great benefits using the product alongside my current powelifting programme, whilst my girlfriend is benifiting from the physiotherapy aspect that it offers.Futhermore, I have started to use this as my office chair at home. I have felt instant results, helping keep my back straight, and generally assisting if us living healthier lives.

I have received my exercise ball today. Quick delivery and It seems amazing quality, easy to pump up and the bands are an added bonus. I’m looking forward to using it as part of my everyday lifestyle. The base stand would be really useful as was wondering where I could put it for storage.Many thanks again.

Needed a new Swiss ball after my last cheap supermarket purchase gave up on me. Had a look around and opted for this one after buying products from Epitomie Fitness in the past. Product was delivered quickly, was impressed straight to find three tees to use when plugging in the air hole in case one gets damaged and also the neat little tool to remove when in the ball. Ball itself is solid and we'll made, opted for the largest size and it s perfect for me (6'0 & 90kg), good hand pump so had it up and ready to use within 10min.Love the info graphs on the side showing the different exercises possible, currently have mine at my desk at work to use as an alternative seat to help with my posture due to hours on end of labourious desk work!!! Might even managed a few sneaky exercises on my dinner hour!Overall 10/10

Only 3stars because I did not receive including resistance bands.

Couldn't find the right level of inflation to suit proper use. Item is of excellent quality. Son had to use his car tyre inflator ( or something like that) to inflate it. The pump was of little use. Just wasn't for me. The fitness bands were on the not so challenging side for me but of good quality. It's very large when inflated.

This is my third purchase of an Epitomie product and once again I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and value. My order was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. It came directly packaged in its own box but there is an option for Amazon packaging when you order if you don't like this. Right out of the box you can tell the rubber is nice and thick and the non-slip surface is a great touch. Inflating the ball was easy with the provided pump. I did not have any of the problems mentioned in other reviews though you do need to make sure you push the pump far enough into the hole that it sort of snaps into place. I will also mention that it was recommended elsewhere that inflate to 80% of the diameter and then wait 24 hrs to go the rest of the way and then another 24 hrs before use. This may pertain more to lesser quality balls but better safe than sorry. I am not using my ball for yoga but rather as an alternative bench for my dumbbell workout and it works great for that. Lastly I will mention that neither the ball or the included resistance bands have a strong rubber smell which is not true of all brands. All and all another excellent product from the Epitomie brand. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  I received this stability ball in a small box.... box included a set of resistance bands, the ball (deflated), a hand pump, two plugs and a plug removing tool. There were no instructions in the box, and nothing linked to tha Amazon listing that I could easily find on instructions to inflate. I wasn’t certain if there was already a hole in the ball to inflate or if I had to push the plug in first to create a hole. Long story short, the hole is there.I tried inflating this by myself but I wasn’t able to hold the pump securely in the hole while pumping (sounds a little riské lol, sorry for the description) so I asked my husband for help. We took turns either using the pump or holding the ball. It took about 5 minutes if that, to fully inflate. You have to quickly remove the pump and install the plug before it deflated too much. This part can easily be done by one person.The exterior of the ball is tacky (ie:sticky but no residue) so this is superb for any type of flooring. For kicks, I used it on my hardwood floors and it didn’t slip a bit. I felt very stable and comfortable on it. It feels thin and light, but very stable.The resistance bands are a nice addition. I use these at the gym I go to, and you can make lots of exercises more challenging by using the bands. To make it even better, the bands are clearly labeled with the level of resistance so no guessing needed.I have not tried the plug remover tool. I except it would work fine and nice to have a spare plug as well.For this price point, and am very satisfied with this exercise ball. I would say the inflating mechanism is much easier if you have two people to do it. I found it difficult to do by myself. Overall though, I think it’s a terrific deal for the price and sturdy. Definitely going to enjoy using this in my routine. And the added bonus of the free ebook with additional exercises is phenomenal. Thank you Epitome for meeting the needs of the consumer!!

So viel lässt sich ja gar nicht sagen, ist ein Ball - ist super.Jeder der so ein Produkt kauft weiß ja selbst warum er einen möchte. Die Frage, die man sich nur stellen muss: Ist DIESE Version von Epitomie Fitness die beste?Und da muss ich auf jeden Fall sagen, dass der Ball super verarbeitet ist und macht einen robusten Eindruck. Toll finde ich ja, dass sogar eine Pumpe enthalten ist. Damit ist es doch etwas anstrengend den Ball aufzupumpen, aber kann man ja auch als eine Art sport sehen ;)Vielleicht hat man ja auch schon eine größere Pumpe zu hause, die das Ganze erleichtert, aber zum Beispiel für eine eher spärrlich ausgestattete Studentenwohnung ist es doch sehr super, dass sie eine Pumpe mitsenden!Super ist auch, dass zahlreiche Übungen auf den Ball gedruckt sind und in dem dazugehörigen E-Book noch wesentlich mehr Anleitungen zu finden sind.Wer also einen Fitnessball möchte, der ist mit diesem hier sehr gut beraten :)PS: Ich habe dieses Produkt zu Testzwecken kostenlos erhalten. Dies beeinflusst aber nicht meine ehrliche Meinung zu dem Produkt.

Recently got my personal trainer to give me a workout at home regimen which included a few ball exercises - obviously great for your core - so needed a ball for home.I ordered the Active Balance ball and,. as you always do with an online purchase, hoped I had made the right choice and that the reviews were for real.They were! :)It took less than 2 minutes to pump up - the hand pump is easy and works well - and the seal is simple and effective. Has stayed inflated exactly where I started it a few weeks ago and is really firm. No need to re-inflate at all.It stays put when you are working out on it doing stuff like elevated hip thrusts and I've even used it a few times to sit on at my desk at home.I contacted Customer Service at Active Balance with a general question and they got back to me really quickly and were polite and helpful.Didn't really have a use for the complimentary resistance bands but the ball is exactly what I wanted, couldn't be happier.Excellent purchase, definitely recommended.
