How do i get replacement spindle for the cake stand

Sorry don’t know! I’m still waiting to find out how to get washers as they didn’t send them out. So disappointed with my purchase

Can we put a infuser - dimension 7cm (for loose tea leaves) into the teapot? Thanks!

I haven't tried it, but I bought the cup and saucer from Whittards, as Amazon didn't stock them. The sales assistant told me I could use a diffuser in the teapot, but to be careful as it's made of fine bone China.

Hi, what capacity is the teapot? Thanks, Lynda

Hi it holds exactly one mug worth of tea!!

I have received my products but the packaging is damaged on the plates, jug and sugar bowl can replacement packaging be sent as for a gift?

I had the same issue and the seller did not respond to my complaint about the packaging
