Cinderella II: Dreams Come True [DVD]

Cinderella II: Dreams Come True, consists of three individual stories detailing the adventures of the title character and her various friends (Cinderella struggles to fit into her new royal surroundings, sassy mouse Jaq discovers what it's like to become human, and evil stepsister Anastasia falls for a local baker), and it's generally not difficult to see why the film is considered one of Disney's least effective sequels which was released directly to video. The inherently slapdash vibe ensures that only very small children will likely find much worth embracing here (unfortunately my daughter was not one of them), as the episodic nature of the movie's structure leaves one with the impression that the whole thing was cobbled together out of leftovers from a would-be Cinderella TV series. The trio of tales, told by the mice to the Fairy Godmother are generally entertaining enough, admittedly, but it becomes increasingly difficult to overlook the second-rate, downright atrocious animation. The lack of compelling visuals only exacerbates the film's various problems, and there's ultimately not much here to hold the interest of viewers above a certain age. Even my young daughter who absolutely adores the original Cinderella showed very little things interest in watching this movie. A measly 2⭐️

I ordered Disney Cinderella 2 DVD for my daughter for her Birthday present she's such a Disney fan but was really upset and disappointed because the outer case of the DVD was of Cinderella and the DVD it self was of chicken run, really upset little girl was really looking forward to watching it again but was disappointed big time .Not a happy customer.

The price was extortion at 13 99. Wish I hadn’t bothered but I’d got a poorly little girl to cheer up that couldn’t wait till Amazon prime delivered the d v d the next day if so at a fiver would have saved quite a lot of money. Feel very disappointed my granddaughter liked it that said

This is NOT a proper movie. It is 3 short stories told one after the other by the mice. The last story was ok, but the one about Cinderella being left to play house whilst the men go off on 'official business! positively archaic!

Very good 😊 I do or did have it on video but when I saw this film on amazon video I was happy to watch it again, great for Disney lovers and great if you have a little girl who likes princess Cinderella as they can also be Cinderella to getting all dressed up and glammed up
